We can all say I don’t want to watch my diet or exercise today but we cannot say I don’t want to breathe. Our breath is literally our life. When we breathe we draw in oxygen and vital energy which is essential for the health of our bodies and minds. We can deliberately use the breath to bring whatever we need in our lives. For example, we can breathe in health and breathe out any stress or dis-ease. We can breathe in strength and breathe out any weaknesses we may feel. We can breathe in love and breathe out love to everyone including ourselves. Use slow, smooth, easy and deep breaths when doing this exercise.
