It’s easy to get distracted in our jobs, projects, eating or when talking with someone. These distraction can have a detrimental affect on our health, relationships, jobs and level of happiness.
What can we do? We can do our best to fully focus on the task at hand. Being aware of our breath helps us to be more present. When the mind is not needed we can repeat a mantra or affirmation. This will help keep the mind more relaxed, positive and more focused for when we really need it.
