Good concentration is needed for our jobs, relationships and to go deeper in our meditations. How do we improve our concentration? 1. Stay as conscious or present as possible so that we can become aware that we have become distracted and then bring the mind back to where it is needed. 2. Keep the mind positive. A negative mind creates a lot of mental, emotional and physical agitation or stress which makes it difficult to concentrate or focus. 3. Breathing smoothly, easefully and deeper will help us to feel more relaxed, present and focused.
If we can smile and relax while concentrating will not only improve our efficiency and effectiveness but we will feel happier while we are doing it.
