We all have different points of view. This is great because the world would be a boring place if we all thought the same. However what happens when we have conflicting points of view. Sometimes it can lead to arguments and upset. If we hold our beliefs and viewpoints rigidly with the idea that “I’m right” we’ll probably create more conflict and stress in our lives. For our peace of mind and relationship harmony it’s best to hold our beliefs more lightly. To do this requires some letting go, some mental adjustment and a conscious decision to be more accepting of others points of view especially those closest to us.
