Present Moment
Our peace and contentment are in the present moment. Thinking about the future and past brings us out of the present moment and usually out of our peace.
To stay in the present moment and to feel more peaceful, stay aware of the body, the breath, focus the mind on the task at hand, keep the mind positive and only in engage in thoughts that are needed right now.
When planning for the future is needed, stay present, keep the mind positive even while being realistic.
