We live in such a fast paced world. As they say it’s good to slow down and smell roses. Take time to appreciate the beauty around you. Take a short break and focus on your breathing. Pause and enjoy your successes. Be grateful for something in your life and just for being alive. Bring an uplifting image or words to mind. Remember to really taste and enjoy your food. When we slow down, relax the body and quiet the mind we will feel a natural inner contentment.
