Living in the Now series (3)
Sometimes our Now is difficult or challenging. Perhaps we have a physical issue or a difficult emotion is coming up or our mind is distracted or upset. What can we do to come back into the Now and our peace? If the body is in pain we can be kind to ourselves. We can consciously relax or breathe in healing energy into that part of the body or simply taking a rest can help.
If we are emotionally upset we can take deep breaths and let ourselves feel the emotions to release them. If we are mentally upset we can decide to not engage in the stressful thoughts, instead refocus the mind onto something positive.
Remember our peace is always there. It naturally shows up when we rebalance our minds and bodies.
