How to keep the Mind Calm and Clear?
Non-judgement. It’s so easy to slip into unkind or critical judgements of ourselves and others. We know the mind likes to judge, so instead of unkind judgments, create generous, positive thoughts of others and ourselves. If this is difficult, we can at least take a neutral viewpoint. We need to stay aware, so we can catch ourselves when we slip into being critical. We can then switch our thinking to something more kind.
